Support groups and peer-led resources

Sometimes we need more than therapy or we could benefit from talking to other people who are going through what we are going through. There are a number of websites that offer information about support and peer-led groups. Some of these are local (Toronto) and some are national or international. Below you will find links to a few websites that can help you find these resources. You will find some links to resources such as these in the above sections as well.

Toronto Mental Health and addictions support

For help finding additional mental health and addiction services in Toronto, including access to case management and supportive housing, you may want to contact The Access Point. "The Access Point provides coordinated access to a number of services within a large network of Toronto service providers through one application and intake assessment process."
