Support groups and peer-led resources
Sometimes we need more than therapy or we could benefit from talking to other people who are going through what we are going through. There are a number of websites that offer information about support and peer-led groups. Some of these are local (Toronto) and some are national or international. Below you will find links to a few websites that can help you find these resources. You will find some links to resources such as these in the above sections as well.
Learn more about our therapists. Find recommended resources about therapy, relationships, parenting, sex and mental health.
More information on therapy and counselling for: individual adults, couples, families, and kids & teens.
