We all need help

All of us at some point in our lives will struggle with work stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, health issues, break-ups, problems with friends and family, or any number of other challenging issues.

Although we can often get through these times on our own, we recover and thrive more quickly when we have the support of other people in our lives. Sometimes the support of loved ones is sufficient, other times we could really benefit from caring professional help.

Our training and experience enable us to listen whole-heartedly, understand where you are coming from, and to provide specific techniques and exercises to support you in developing new skills, insight and resilience in facing life’s inevitable challenges.

Your Own Path

Our job is to help you meet your goals in a safe, warm, and respectful environment. While we will certainly offer our own thoughts and suggestions based on clinical experience, our primary goal is to help you draw on your own strengths and values to create the kind of meaningful change that you seek.
